JasminCam closes during private when the user turn on his camera, what can I do?
If the software closes frequently, make sure you have a stable connection, and also try to reinstall JasminCam. If the problem still occurs, contact our Technical Support.
It is also possible that the issue is on the Member’s side, therefore it is recommended for them to contact Member support too.

- Up to date OS version, since updated systems are more stable and secure

Go to: Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera

- Go to: Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone
- Enable: “Allow apps to access your microphone”
📏 App UI Cut Off on Screen
- Use 1920×1080 screen resolution
- Lower scaling under: Display Settings > Scale and Layout

Intel QuickSync
Ensure screen is connected to the motherboard (not GPU) if using integrated graphics
- Use Intel Driver & Support Assistant to install the latest drivers
Nvidia NVENC

AMD VCE/VCN
