Encourage Members to call you and help them to find the Video Call option. You may do it verbally or by adding relevant subtitles, animation or icon to your Video Teaser.

How it works?
Upload and manage your Video Call Teasers under Promotion Tools → Video Call Teasers page.
You can always add more videos to engage more members.
After uploading the video, it will be handled by our Support Team. Once your video has been approved, you can see your video under “Accepted Videos” .
There are four video classifications based on their conversion rates:
- Excellent
- Good
- Average
- Low
The video will receive a conversion after 100 impressions. Until the data is collected the video will have a ‘’Waiting for Data’’ status.
If a video is rejected, you can check the feedback with the reasons of the rejection by hovering over the warning icon located on the thumbnail of the video.

Main Requirements:
- Make sure that you activated the Video Calls feature from MC Messenger
- Grab the attention of your audience by talking directly to the camera
- Talk to viewers seductively and encourage them to Video Call you
- Make sure your audio is clear with no distracting background noises
- Be visible in the video and make sure to record in a neat, clean place so you will be the audience’s sole focus
- Record continuous scenes without any cuts or cross-fades
- Good video quality with proper lighting is necessary depending on the location of your video
- Full nudity and sexually explicit content are allowed as long as there is no penetration (dildo, finger etc. penetration)
- Sex toys (inclunding Lush) can be visible in your video (showing or playing without penetration)
- Penetration is not allowed with sex toys or fingers
- Upload an unedited, uncut version of your teaser
Technical Requirements:
- Must be between 18 and 20 seconds long
- Upload videos in a full portrait/vertical format (9:16)
- Recommended Full HD resolution: 1080×1920
- Recommended minimum resolution: 720×1280
- Recommended frame rate: 29.97 FPS or 30 FPS
- Accepted file formats: AVI, MPEG, MPG, MOV, FLV, F4V, MP4, MKV
- The max. file size is 2 GB
- Audio is not necessary, but seductive and clear audio with no disturbing noises is recommended
