How can I delete Paying snapshots ?

Paying Snapshots can be deleted from the Members side. Also your Paying Snapshots will disappear if your account is closed or deleted.

Where can I find the Paying snapshots option?

Paying Snapshots option can be found in Model Center under My Content tab. There you can check the taken photos and decide at any point if you wish to use this option by clicking on the “Activate the service” / “Deactivate the service” button at the upper-right side.

Where can I find my personal data, such as real name and date of birth?

The personal details (real name, date of birth, ID number) are not visible in the Model Center after registration. If you need help regarding this, please contact our Support.

Where can I log in to Studio and Model Center?

You may log in to Model or Studio Center under the same link, here: https://modelcenter.livejasmin.com/en/login

Can I log in to Model Center with username?

You always need to log in with email and password to Model Center and even JasminCam. If the site is asking for your username when you are logging in, make sure that you are on the correct page, because the username is only required for member log in.

How can I go online?

To go online you we suggest to use our own software JasminCam which can be downloaded from the Model Center for PC, or the mobile application for your mobile device. Alternatively you may go online from browser, the option for that is available in Model Center Home page under ‘Go online from browser’ tab.

How can I go live, start streaming, start my transmission?

To go live, start streaming, first you need to have an active account, accepted profile photo and display name.
When these are ready you may go online from JasminCam or the mobile application, browser or you may use OBS as well for streaming.

I cannot see the online model when I search for it, how do I fix this?

If you can not find the online model’s feed by searching, please make sure that you are trying on the main page under the right section, Girls or Guys. Also check the country ban settings, because if the country you are searching from is banned, the feed of the model will not be visible.

Is it possible for Members to take screenshots during Privates?

Yes, members can take Paying snapshots during privates. Those photos are visible in Model Center under My Content – Paying snapshots tab. Those photos are only visible for the member and the model only.
If you see unwanted content of yourself in other sites than LiveJasmin, please contact us.

Where I can find the resend email confirmation button?

You can resend the email verification via your Model Center. Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner, then under the Account Settings/Email address tab you will find the button to resend the link.

How can I change my private price per minute rate?

You can set prices for Member messages, Stories Subscription, Video calls, Private show, Cam2Cam and Two-Way audio in your Model Center under Profile/Prices/price settings panel.

What are the online customer service hours?

Customer Support service is available 24-7. Our AI agent replies with prompt answer and Support colleagues respond to your emails in 24-48 hours.

How do I access the music library to download the songs and use them in my videos?

You can download music from your Model Center home page via Music Library. Next to the song you will see a download icon. After downloading the songs, you should use a video editor to connect the music to a video that you wish to upload to our site.

What is my profile link I can promote?

-Profile link: You can access your profile link on our main page from your own stream. Just copy the URL to direct your Members to your room.
-Referral link: If you would like to refer brand new Members or Models you can find your link to share in your Model Center under Referral tab.
-BeMyFan link: After you set up your profile on BeMyFan, you may share your link anywhere on social media and your Notes.

How can I change my private price per minute rate?

You can set prices for Member messages, Stories Subscription,

One of my video got rejected due to copyright reasons, but the video was uploaded from Model Center Music library. What can I do?

You should contact our Support Team via e-mail (help@livejasmin.com) and send the exact title of the music. Our relevant team will review your case and accept the video if all requirements are met.

Where can I find country ban options?

You can set country in your Model Center/Profile/Privacy panel. You can ban Guests from up to 3 countries (besides your home country) In your home country, you can ban everyone (both Guests + Members)

Why a referred Members status rejected under my Model Center?

Only first time registered referred Members count in our referral program. Members who already had an account on the site, their referred status will be shown as rejected in your Model Center.

When is my birthday displayed for Members?

Members will be notified on the week of your birthday so they can send you birthday surprises. You must enable the feature at least 3 days before your birthday otherwise it will not be indicated on your profile (no icon, no special surprises, etc.) Your birthday tag will be shown 3 days before and 3days after your birthday.

How and when can I change my price settings?

You need to be offline to change your price setting via Model Center under Profile/Prices/Price Settings.

Where can I see the list of my paying members?

You may check the members paid for your services in your Model Center under Statistics/Paying Members tab.

What is the difference between Jasmin and LiveJasmin?

Jasmin is more about influencers where you can connect people to talk about lifestyle for example, while LiveJasmin is the leading live sex cam site.

Home

After a successful login to your Model Center, you will automatically be taken to your Home page.

Notifications, Settings and Account Selector

On the upper right corner of the Model Center you may find the Notification center (bell icon), where you may find important events happening with your account. Next to it you may find the Settings menu (clog icon), where you can change your password, e-mail address and privacy settings. Next to these there is a third icon, where you can switch to your other performer accounts if you have any or create new accounts.

To reset your password, logout from your Model Center and click on the “Forget your password?” text. You will receive an e-mail with further instructions.

Promotion Period Countdown

If you join LiveJasmin as a completely new Model, we help you with a little boost. The Promotion Period offers Members a lower price per minute – 0,98/minute – which gives you the opportunity to build your own Member base. If your Promotion Period is active, you will have higher visibility on the page.

Use the Countdown to keep track of how much time remains. When either counter reaches 0, the Promotion Period is over, and you will be able to set your own price per minute.

Period Statistics

Under Period Statistics, you can check your time spent online and your earnings from the current period.
We improve a home page Dashboard widget, so you can clearly keep track of your earnings and how much time you spend online. The data is updated more frequently now, so it is more accurate.

We also changed the way we display the info about Private Shows. We now also take into consideration the starting point of the private show.

You can read the latest News of LiveJasmin at the bottom right corner of your Home page.

Going Online

By clicking on the “Download JasminCam” button, you will directly be asked to save and install this program. We highly advise you to use this software as it provides more fluid and Glamorous HD images, and it also grants you the opportunity to go online with two of your Model Accounts at the same time!
You can Go Online from your Browser, as well. However, this software is the best choice for ultimate success and satisfaction.

Here is a short guide explaining where to find and how to use different statistics in your Model Center.x

Dashboard

In the Stat Dashboard, you will be able to find added-value information and Key Performance Indicators like:

Your total earnings
Your total working time
Your average earnings per hour
- Divided by
- Compared with the previous period

You will also find pie charts and tables of your detailed performance over the selected period compared to the previous period.

Income Overview

This option can be found under the Statistics menu. Here, you can check the current status of our Level Dependent Payment System and view detailed statistics of your earnings.

Paying members

Under this option, you can keep track of the Members who spent some credits with you. You can also add them to your favorites in addition to jotting down a note to help remind you what they like, checking their profiles or sending them messages.

You may sort your members according to the following filters:

order by Last spent
order by Favorite
order by Most spent
order by Name

Additionally you can check detailed spending history by Members, filter transactions from different members by income type and discover which features bring you the most earnings!

Transactions details are available for the last 6 month only.

Fan Club members

Here you can check your active and all time subscriptions.

Profile

Profile Picture

Profile Pictures are the main tools to grasp Visitors’ attention. The nicer, prettier, and more professional Profile Photo you have, the more attractive you will be to the Members, thereby raising your traffic, giving you a better positioning on the site, and increasing your chances of entering Private Sessions!

Account Data

Use the Introduction to share unique personal information and point out the things you really like, or dislike.

Under Willingness, you can specify what you are willing to do in a Private Session. This way, Members can search for you based on the services you provide and will know what to expect. It is important to keep this section up to date according to your mood to avoid any misunderstandings.

Personal Data

Under Personal Data, you have the option to update details regarding your appearance and add or remove the languages you speak (at least 1 and up to 4 languages).

Price

Price Settings: Change the amount you wish to charge for the Member Messages, Private Shows, Cam2Cam, Two-way Audio, Video Call and My Story features.

Action requests: Select the actions you want to perform and set a price for each one. These actions will be available for your members to request during your Free Chat. You need to select at least 5 to activate the feature. The requests are sorted in 3 different categories – Light, Regular and Complex Actions.

Privacy

Country ban: You can ban Guests from 3 countries besides your home country, where you may ban everyone (Guests + Members). This is to avoid unpleasant meetings with people you may know.

Banned Words: Filter out specific words from your chat room so they never appear to you or other users. NOTE: if Member messages contain any banned words, the whole message will be blocked from appearing in your chat. Thus, be careful when adding words to this section.

My Content

My Content is an opportunity to attract more Members and earn even more money. Your Content consists of a Free and a Premium Content area. The Premium Content area is only available to Members who pay for the service, you can set a price for it, while the Free Content area is available to all visitors on the site. Paying Snapshots

Members can pay you for taking snapshots of your moments together. This is a fun and effortless way to raise your income even further. You can decide at any point if you wish to use this option by clicking on the “Activate the service” / “Deactivate the service” button at the upper-right side. Plus, you can check your overall income from your current period.

Messages

In this menu, you can see your communication with Members whom you have gone Private with or with the LiveJasmin Support staff.

If you earn over 300 dollars during two consecutive periods you will automatically be Protected. Purpose

In order to make managing your Studios more comfortable, we have created the option to create Limited Accounts for one of your employees. Using the Limited Account, your colleague will be able to handle the most important functions of your Studio in your absence. Of course since we respect your privacy, not all information and features are available through a limited account.

I lost access to the registered e-mail address of my account. How can I change it to a new one?

If you are logged in to your acount, you can change your e-mail address in your Model Center top left corner by clicking on the settings (gear) icon. if you cannot access your account, then you need to contact our Support Team via e-mail (help@livejasmin.com).

How can I access my Model account if I am the Studio owner too?

If you are the studio owner too, it is possible that you registered yourself as a model with the same credentials. In that case you may access your Model account from the Models menu by clicking on your display name.
However if you used another email address upon registering yourself as a Model, make sure that you add the correct one to log in to your Model Center and JasminCam.

I created a Studio account instead of a Single account. Is there a possibility to change my Studio account to a Model account?

You can either register a new single account or to register a Model account under your Studio account, which you can use and stream on our site.

Who can reactivate an inactive Model account?

The Studio owner can change the status to inactive or reactivate inactive Model accounts that are registered in the Studio. If the account is under suspended or rejected status, then you need to contact our Support team.

What is the promotion period reset for?

Only Studio owners has this option within the Studio Center to reset the promotion period for their models, but only once.

Members or Models can see my Studio name?

Only the Studio owner or who you give limited studio access has possibilty to see your Studio name, which is displayed in the top right corner of the Studio Center. Models and Members are not able to see it.

There is no possibilty to change name of the Studio name or the registered owner.

We are not able to change the name of the Studio. Also the owner of the Studio account needs to remain the same person.

Models

As the owner of a Studio account, first you will see the number of your performers, and their current statistics detailed when selecting one.

You may sort your models according to the following filters:

You can register a new performer under your Studio Account by clicking on the Add New Model button on the right side.

Clicking on the information icon will display your model’s current Audio and Appearance ratings, if she/he is protected or not, has received the LiveJasmin Selection Badge or not, and if your Model has committed any violations.

By clicking on the “Income overview” icon, you will see your performer’s level in the payout system, the time the Model spent online and their income from the last period. Under “show more stats” you can see more detailed information regarding your Models’ income.

Under Account Settings you have the option to make your model’s account active or inactive, enable or disable the option for them to go online from mobile or start a video call, and change their password, if necessary.

If you click on the “View model on LiveJasmin” icon, you will see the layout of the performer’s account on the site in a pop-up window. Meanwhile, by clicking on the performer’s account name you will be logged in to the account itself.

Statistics

In this menu you can check statistics of all of your Models for set period of time and compare statistics for different periods.

Messages

In this menu, you can access all of your messages received and sent.

Personal Data

Under Personal Data, in case you are also a Model, you have the option to change details regarding your appearance and add or remove languages that you speak properly.

Personal Data: Age, Height, Hair color, Hair length, Eye color, Build, Breast Size, Sexual preference, Butt size, Dress size

Common languages: English, Dutch, French, Spanish, German, Italian

Payout

Income statistics – Here you can access all the detailed information regarding your total income. Also, you may set the period you would like to check at the top filters. Check your payslips under Payout Overview.

Payout options – This is where you can set the payment method, through which we will send you payouts as an Individual or a Company.

Payinfo FAQ – Here you will find all the necessary information regarding payouts and a short description of the offered payment methods.

Loyalfans

Under this section, you can create your Loyalfans Studio account. Once your Loyalfans registration is completed, your Models will be able to create Loyalfans profiles under your Studio account.

Referrals

Under this section, you can refer people to becoming LiveJasmin Members or Models.

Member Referral – you will receive a lifetime commission based on the Member’s overall spending!

Model Referral – you will receive 10% commission for one year from referred Models

Self-expression and quality. Be unique, enchant your visitors with your personality, and of course pay attention to present all of these tastefully.

Strive to keep a sophisticated appearance in regards your clothes and your other accessories, since the customers firstly decide to join your room on the basis of your image and the overall impression.

We cannot emphasize enough how important profile pictures are. As the saying goes, “There are no second first impressions”.

Keep your environment attractive and tidy, providing an ideal environment for your work.

Focus on how you communicate with your clients in free and private chat as well. The point is the professional attitude. Stay always respectful and do all that your visitors enjoy themselves at you.

Remember to have fun. Visitors can tell if you are happy or sad, and they love Models who engage them.

Take the time to maintain and update your account, keeping it always interesting and exciting. Upload new pictures frequently, update the Personal information in your Profile and your Willingness List, answer your clients’ messages and message those you had not heard about for a while. Check out what other options you have to improve your profile page and earn more. Activity is the key to success, spend much time online and use this time well.

Be online with sound, some music may be played quietly in the background, which may assure the basic mood in your room. Make sure that the music is not too loud, because it can be disturbing, and if it is possible, do not let any other source of noise to be present around you (air-conditioner, street noise, other people). It is not advised to listen to TV or Radio shows as well as non-English music.

Background

Keep your environment clean and comfortable while making it tempting to create the perfect atmosphere for your shows.

It is advisable to provide from your bedroom or your living room, but if you have the possibility you can work even from more extreme locations (bathroom, office or garden).

It is important to have a spacious and comfortable area around you, that impresses your customers. The work will be more comfortable for you and your visitors will feel your professionalism. Use pillows, comfortable armchairs or a bed. Avoid small, enclosed spaces or corners, those may create a confined feeling.

Use interesting and colorful tools and objects to avoid having a bleak background. A few plants, pictures on the wall, colorful pillows or toys can be very helpful in this. Cover the distracting background elements with a curtain or change the camera angle, and always keep order around yourself.

Good lighting is very important, since it can significantly enhance the overall impression of your room. It is better to use indoor lighting, from multiple light sources. The light should not come from behind of your back, since it can blind the camera. Make sure it is neither too bright, nor too dark in your room.

Appearance

Pay attention to always bring the most attention to your most advantageous parts. If you have beautiful legs, wear high-heels, if you have nice and thick hair, do not hide it!

The smile is the flirting signal that attracts the attention. It is not enough to smile only with your mouth, but smiles with your eyes too.

Position your camera in a way to be clearly visible all the time, at or below eye-level. Squatting with spread legs, sitting astride, and being only partly visible are not attractive at all.

Invest in high-heels because it can turn on many of the visitors. Wear one even when you are lying on the bed, it makes your appearance sexier and your outfit more sophisticated.

Clothes

Dress up for seduction. What you would consider extravagant on the street, you can wear for your online dates. It is worth to consider three main aspects when designing your appearance: your category, your own personal style and physical talents.

If you want to be tempting, a sexy lingerie or a mini dress is recommended. For the more conservative ones, elegant blouses, cut-out dresses and tops are recommended. For the sporty Models, gymnastic dresses or tight athletes jeans.

Use strong colors and mix them within your clothing. Do not forget the large, prominent jewelry. A large pendant, long earrings or a ring may help to emerge from the crowd. The ebony Models may effectively use powerful neon colors, since these are very prominent on them.

It also advised to present several types of clothing or keeping them nearby and vary them. You can even organize “thematic days” with various costumes and accessories (latex clothes, nurse, secretary, police officer).

For ladies
A wide range of lingerie selection is at your disposal.

Sexy Accessories: Nipple patch, girdles, body stocking, tattoos, gloves, transparent lace or silk robes.

For gentlemen
A tight t-shirt or a silk shirt for the ones who prefer the elegance can be very tempting as well. A suit and a tie looks excellent too.

Avoid to wear the following things, since they look bad in the camera: thin striped clothes (they cause camera interfere), silicone bra straps (bad glitch), tightly woven stockings, especially in contrasting colors from your skin (interference as well), large one-colored clothes (blob effect). Make-up

Here we would like to offer some useful pieces of advice primarily for the ladies.

It is recommended to use stronger make-up then the regular street wear, as the camera pales everything slightly.

Use foundation with a color that equally fits well with your face, your neck and your body. To create an innocent impression, use pink, to achieve a trendy style, use orange, and to a “woman of destiny” image use reddish tones.

Contouring and highlighting

Few of us have a perfect face shape, the most desirable shape usually being oval.

Darker foundation or bronzing powder help mask some features while pearly highlighters bring other features out. Blusher helps to accentuate and give you a healthy glow.

Eyes
