Newbies & Rising Stars Holiday Edition
Models in any model category who meet the following requirements will automatically participate:
- Active status
- Selected Model status*
- On our platform for up to 180 days
* Newbie models must complete the Selected Model tasks within the 14-day grace period to continue participating and earning points for further awards. For more information, please visit our Wiki.
To ensure a fair challenge for all our models, the following factors influence how we calculate the points:
1.Conversions: By converting more members, you will earn points and increase your chances of winning. Each conversion will generates points for this award category:
- Member’s first spending on the site (Highest points)
- Member’s first spending on the model (Medium points)
- Member’s first spending of the day (Lowest points)
Each member can generate points only once per day, per model. Conversions have the highest impact on points.
2.Loyalty Level Multiplier: This is defined by the member’s Club Elite level, ranging from 1 (Crush) to 2.5 (Eros). For more information, see the Club Elite section on LiveJasmin.
3.Model Registration Date Multiplier: To ensure a fair challenge, especially for newly registered models, we use a multiplier based on the model’s registration date. New models enjoy a higher multiplier compared to those who have been on our platform for longer. Specifically, the new joiner multiplier is the highest during a model’s first 30 days. After that, it gradually decreases at 60, 90, 180, and 360 days.
4.Earnings: You can earn points based on your earnings as well as conversions. The more money you make through all Credit-spending features like Private Shows, Interactive Toys, Surprises, or Messages, the more points you’ll earn to advance! Each Credit has the same effect on the calculation, regardless of the feature through which it was earned. 5.Earning weight multiplier: The earning weight multiplier is used to maintain balance between conversion and earning points across different categories. This ensures fairness in the Awards by emphasizing conversions, allowing a wider range of models to participate. The multipliers are as follows:
- 0.50 for Newbies & Rising Stars Holiday Edition
- 0.10 for Icons & Superstars Holiday Edition
Note: Only members who have completed age verification will have their contributions counted toward the Awards.

What are the terms of the Holiday Awards?
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) will establish the general guidelines and conditions for earning rewards based on performance on the site, as from December 16, at 12:00:00 CET to January 13 at 11:59:59 CET, (hereinafter referred to as the “Holiday Awards Game”) These Terms govern the relationship between you, as a model/participant (hereinafter “You” or the “Model”) and, subject to the Model’s identified country/registered billing address, either JWS Americas S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.539 provided You are identified as based in the United States of America or JWS International S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.566 provided You are identified as based in any other country but the United States of America (JWS Americas S.à r.l. or JWS International S.à r.l. where relevant being hereafter referred to as “Website Operator”).
1.2. The Holidays Award Game applies to all the Model who are in an “active” status on www.livejasmin.com (hereafter the “Website”), and provided that such participation is not prohibited by law in the country where the Model performs.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
- The conditions to participate in the Holidays Award Game are explained in these Terms and on the following page: https://livejasminwiki.com/holiday-awards/(hereafter the “Wiki Page”)
- To qualify for participating in the Holidays Award Game, Models must be at least 18 years old and be on an active status and with the approved profile photo on the Website. This excludes members of the Website Operator’s staff and collaborators, as well as affiliated companies and individuals (including their staff and collaborators) engaged in organizing the Holidays Award Game. Additionally, family members (immediate family or those residing at the same address) of individuals belonging to the aforementioned excluded categories are also ineligibles.
- Models are permitted to engage in the Holidays Award Game using more than one.
- By default, the participation in the Holidays Award Game is automatic, contingent upon meeting the specified requirements for each Holidays Award Category, as provided in the following section
- The Website Operator may at any time exclude anyone from participation in the Holidays Award Game as a result of a breach of any of the conditions for participation or in the event of abuse, deception or malicious participation in the Holidays Award Games.
- The Holidays Award game will be effective as from the 16th of December at 12:00:00 CET and the 13thJanuary 11:59:59 CET (hereinafter, “Term”)
ARTICLE 3 – AWARD TYPES AND POINT COLLECTIONS
3.1. The Model will be entitled to receive and collect awards /points (hereinafter the “Awards”) within the following Holiday Awards categories:
a) Newbies & Rising Stars Holiday Edition and
b) Icons & Superstars Holiday Edition.
3.1.1. Newbies & Rising Stars Holiday Edition
Models who have been on our platform for up to 180 days, maintain an active status, and are considered Selected model shall have the opportunity to accumulate points and progress in this category.
3.1.2. Icons & Superstars Holiday Edition
Models who have been on our platform for more than 180 days, maintain an active status, and are considered Selected model shall have the opportunity to accumulate points and progress in this category.
3.2. Calculating Awards points for Newbies & Rising Stars Holiday Edition and Icons & Superstars Holiday Edition
3.2.1.Models may accumulate Awards points through earnings on all features, including private shows, interactive toys, surprises, and messages. As part of our Level-Dependent Payment System, each Credit is multiplied by the model’s share to calculate the Awards points.
3.2.2.Models also earn Awards points by effectively converting members. For the purposes of this article, “conversion” or “converting” shall mean the successful completion of a member’s paid transaction on the model’s page on the Website.
3.2.3. The calculation of Awards points in these categories is further influenced by three factors: the Loyalty Level Multiplier, the Model Registration Date Multiplier and the Earning weight multiplier.
3.2.4. The Loyalty Level Multiplier is determined by the member’s Club Elite level, ranging from 1 (Crush) to 2.5 (Eros).
3.2.5. The Model Registration Date Multiplier is based on the model’s registration date, with new models receiving a higher multiplier, particularly within the first 30 days. This multiplier will gradually decrease as more day’s pass from the registration date, with reductions occurring at 60, 90, 180 and 360 days.
3.2.6.The Earning weight multiplier is used to maintain balance between conversion and earning points across different categories. This ensures fairness in the Awards by making both conversion and earnings equally important, especially for models who have been with us longer. The multipliers are as follows:
- 50 for Newbies & Rising Stars Holiday Edition
- 10 for Icons & Superstars Holiday Editions.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES
- The Website Operator will reward the Top 200 Models in each category, with prize money, for earning the highest number of Award points during the Term (as further detailed on the Wiki Page)
- Any prize money shall be added on each winner’s personal account via the Website.
- These prizes are personal, indivisible, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded without any modification.
- Models can participate in the Holidays Award Game with more than one account; however, each Model is eligible to win in only one (1) category with one (1) account.
- Throughout the competition, Models will not be able to change categories. The Website Operator will be the one to decide in which category the Model will be authorized to participate.
ARTICLE 5 – CHANGES TO THE HOLIDAYS AWARD GAME
- The Website Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Holidays Award Game, to suspend, shorten, extend, postpone, change the prices amounts, or terminate the Holidays Award Game at any time, without notice, without giving reasons and without compensation to the participants or third parties.
- In the event that the Website Operator or one of its partners is forced to prematurely terminate, make changes to extend or terminate the Contest as a result of the inappropriate behavior of one of the participants, the Website Operator reserves the right to request compensation for the damage suffered accordingly.
ARTICLE 6 – RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. Without prejudice to cases of gross or willful misconduct, neither the Website Operator, nor its staff, nor any third party involved in the Holidays Award Game shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind that may occur during the Holidays Award Game, or in connection with the participation in the Holidays Award Game, the designation of winners or the award (or non-award) of prizes, regardless of their source, cause or consequences, even when the Website Operator is informed of the risks of such damage
6.2. Participation in this Holidays Award Game implies knowledge and express acceptance of these The Website Operator shall not be held liable in any way for the organization of this Holidays Award Game. The prizes and the relevant rights for the winners are strictly subject to the conditions of application of these Terms. No recourse of any kind is therefore possible against the Website Operator.
6.3. The Website Operator shall not be liable in this Holidays Award Game for loss or theft of the prize, or fraudulent conduct by a third party in connection with the Holidays Award Game.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The Website Operator processes the personal data transmitted as part of the Holidays Award Game in accordance with the applicable Terms and the privacy policy (https://www.livejasmin.com/en/privacy-policy).
ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION OF THE TERMS
- Participation in the Holidays Award Game implies unconditional acceptance of the Terms by the participants, including any subsequent amendments, and no challenge thereto will be taken into consideration
- Any complaint relating to the Holidays Award Game shall be sent in writing to the Website Operator’s registered office. Under no circumstances may complaints be handled orally or by telephone.
- These Terms may be consulted at any time on the Wiki Page or upon request sent to the following email address: help@livejasmin.com.
- The Holidays Award Game is under the supervision of the Website Operator. In the event of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or complaints, the Website Operator may take any necessary measure to ensure the smooth running of the Award Its decisions shall be final and cannot be challenged
- The participants undertake to fully comply with applicable law and to avoid any cheating in the context of this Holidays Award Game or circumventing them. In case of tampering, fraud or similar irregularities, the Website Operator is authorized to disqualify, suspend or ban a Model from the Holidays Award Game and/or the Website or take any other measure that the Website Operator finds appropriate.
ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- The participants undertake, in the Holidays Award Game, any discussion concerning the application or interpretation of the Terms, to seek first an amicable solution with the Website Operator before commencing any legal proceedings.
- If any provision of the Terms is found to be null or void, the remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Any such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision shall, to the extent permitted by law, be deemed replaced by such valid, effective and enforceable provision as comes closest to the economic intent and purpose of such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision.
- The Term, as well as the conduct of the Holidays Award Game itself, are subject to Luxembourg. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
