Account closure as a Model
In order to have your account closed, please contact us (help@livejasmin.com) from one of your registered e-mail addresses and include the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face
- The name of the accounts that you wish to close.
For security reasons we can only close accounts if all the previously stated conditions are met.
Model account closure as a Studio owner
In case you wish to close any Model account within your Studio account, please contact us (help@livejasmin.com) from the Studio’s email address and attach the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face
- The name(s) of the accounts that you wish to close.
We will contact you once your request has been handled.
Studio account closure
In case you wish to close your Studio account, please contact us (help@livejasmin.com) from the Studio’s email address and attach the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face.
We would like to ask you to provide feedback regarding your experience on our site in your closure e-mail to help improve the quality of our service.
Before send your request
- Please make sure not to send the same pictures that were used during ANY registration.
- In case the registered ID is not valid anymore you can send another valid identification document issued by your government, such as passport, driving license, newly issued ID card, etc.
- Due security reasons we could only accept closure request from your registered e-mail address.
