What is the minimum and maximum length of a Pre show? 

The Pre-show should be minimum 1 and maximum 5 minutes long.

VIP show and Free chat are not working, why?

If you are not able to start VIP show or switch to Free chat it could be due to a technical issue or a possible violation. If the regular troubleshooting does not help, please contact us on via our Support Center.

The length of a VIP show is minimum 5 and maximum 15 minutes.

Where Members see my VIP show? 

Your VIP show is displayed on the main site under the VIP show fliter, which should provide you more traffic due extra visibility as new Members can find you there.

Is it possible to start a VIP show and change to Private chat during the show? 

If you are in a VIP show you need to wait till the show is over in order to start a Private session with a Member.

VIP Show is a group show format where multiple members can join. It helps you reach more viewers at once and earn extra income while staying in control of the content and structure of your performance.

This feature is ideal for increasing visibility, converting new members, and building a fanbase through dynamic and entertaining shows.

⭐ What You Need to Set Up

Before starting your VIP Show, you must define:

  • Title and description
    Write a short summary of what the show will include.
  • Credit goal
    This is the total amount you want to collect before the show starts.
  • Minimum buy-in
    The minimum amount a member must pay to join.
  • Show duration
    The length of the show once it begins.

⚠️ Once the preshow begins, these settings cannot be changed.

⏱️ Preshow Phase

The preshow is a countdown phase where members can join and contribute credits.

  • A timer counts down to the start of the show.
  • A credit bar shows how close you are to your goal.
  • You may stay in preshow even after reaching the goal to collect more credits.
  • You can cancel the show during preshow, but all collected credits will be lost.
  • If you are in a Nude category, you may be topless or nude, but genitals must remain fully covered.

🎥 VIP Show Phase

Once the goal is reached and the timer runs out, the show begins automatically.

  • If the goal is not reached, but at least 1 credit is collected, you can choose to start the show manually.
    This is still recommended because:
    • New members can join the show at any time while it is live.
    • Members can continue spending credits during the show.
  • You will see how much each member contributed.
  • You must deliver everything you promised in your show description.

  • The member who spends the most during the show becomes the VIP.
  • This status is visible to everyone and shows who contributed the most.
  • Make sure to give extra attention to the VIP and fulfill their requests whenever possible.
  • This shows other members that it’s worth competing — and can boost your earnings even more.

Short, fast-paced VIP Shows can boost visibility and earnings quickly.

What helps:

  • Staying active and engaging throughout the show.
  • Creating playful and confident energy.
  • Using creative themes, costume changes, or mobile streaming.
  • Showing different angles or backgrounds to keep it interesting.
  • Promoting the show in advance through messages, content or stories.

Avoid:

  • Being passive or unresponsive.
  • Making promises you don’t intend to fulfill.
  • Staying fully dressed in a category where more is expected.

How should the recurring feedback video be recorded for couples?

Couples should record the recurring feedback video one by one, not together.

Before going online, which type of video is mandatory to upload?

It is mandatory to upload a recurring model feedback – survey video to be able to go online.

Where we need to upload the (recurring feedback) video survey?

You can upload the video survey in your Jasmincam5 or mobile application.

At LiveJasmin, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. To maintain the security and legitimacy of all model accounts, we’ve introduced a new feedback system. We are legally obliged to do so to ensure our models’ safety and protection.

Please note, uploading a survey video is a mandatory requirement before going online. We value your honest feedback, so please answer truthfully; expressing only positive things is not necessary.

To make the process as easy as possible, we have defined 3 statements addressing the security and welfare of models.  

We ask that you read them carefully and if you agree with each statement, please repeat them in your video submission. However, if you do not agree with one or more of these statements, we ask you to clearly state your disagreement and indicate the reasons in your video. You will find the statements at the bottom of this page. 

We want to assure you that your video feedback will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone, including your studio if you are affiliated with one. 

The uploaded survey should contain the following:

  1. Say your full legal name.
  2. Make the following statements if you agree to them:
    1. „I willingly chose to work on LiveJasmin.”
    2. „No one forces me to do anything, I control my own work.”
    3. „I am fairly compensated for my work.”

You can record your video statement in your own language – the most comfortable way for you. To make it even easier, you have the option to change the application language, so the text of the statements will appear in that language. 

The supported languages are English, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, and Hungarian.

Please answer in full honesty, and if any of these statements are not true, please explain why. Your answers will be treated confidentially. Our goal is to help and support all our Models.
