What is the Video Call Teasers feature?
Video Call Teasers are short videos that appear on your profile when you’re offline. They help you attract attention and boost your chances of getting Video Calls.
You need at least one approved Video Call Teaser to activate the Video Call feature.

How it works?
Upload and manage your Video Call Teasers under Promotion Tools → Video Call Teasers page.
After uploading the video, it will be handled by our Support Team. We review all content and share expert tips to help make your videos even more engaging and successful. You can check the feedback by hovering over the warning icon located on the thumbnail of the video.
There are four video classifications based on their conversion rates: Excellent, Good, Average and Low.
The video will receive a conversion after 100 impressions. Until the data is collected the video will have a ‘’Waiting for Data’’ status.

- Videos where you speak directly to the viewer perform best. A spoken message builds trust and feels more personal.
- Always add subtitles so your message is clear even with the sound off.
- That’s okay – but always include bold, readable text to share your message.
