How does it work ?
From July 28 through September 1, your regular streaming activity will earn you points.
Collect points in the Contest to climb the rankings! The amount of points you receive is based on how much you earn with our features and your engagement with members. The more minutes you spend online and the more income you generate, the higher you’ll climb the leaderboard.
Remember that rising in the rankings will bring you closer to amazing prizes, including the $30,000 grand prize!

Want to rise in the rankings and boost your score faster? Here’s how your actions impact your points — with simple examples to help you focus on what truly matters.
1.Turn Your Time Into Points!
Being live is great — but not all types of shows reward the same.
These are the top ways to boost your score while doing what you love.
- Private Shows and Video Calls earn you the highest points per minute.
- VIP Shows also give you very high points, nearly matching Private Shows.
- Free Chat gives you points too — but it’s the lowest per minute, so it’s best used to attract members, then guide them into paid interactions.
For example: Just 30 minutes in a Private Show can bring you 6 times more points than 30 minutes in Free Chat.
💡 Want to maximize your points? Focus on Private Shows, VIP Shows, and Video Calls — they reward your time the most.

Top Model Summer Contest Rules
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
1.1 These rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”) set out the general terms and conditions for the Top Model Summer Contest (hereafter the “Contest”).
1.2 These Rules govern the relationship between you, as a model/participant (hereinafter “You” or the “Model”) and, subject to the Model’s identified country/registered billing address, either JWS Americas S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.539 provided You are identified as based in the United States of America or JWS International S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.566 provided You are identified as based in any other country but the United States of America (JWS Americas S.à r.l. or JWS International S.à r.l. where relevant being hereafter referred to as “Website Operator”).
1.3 The Contest is organized worldwide and is open to all Models active on www.livejasmin.com (hereafter the “Website”), unless forbidden by law.
ARTICLE 2 – CONTEST PROCESS
2.1 The Contest shall take place between July 28th, 2025 (00:00 CEST) and September 1st, 2025 (23:59 CEST).
ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
3.1 The conditions to participate in the Contest are explained on the following page: https://wiki.livejasmin.com/display/EW/Jasmin+Top+Model (hereafter the “Wiki Page”).
3.2 Participation in the Contest is permitted to any person who has reached the age of 18 and is a Model on the Website, excluding members of the Website Operator’s staff and collaborators, its affiliated companies and undertakings (including staff and collaborators) involved in the organization of the Contest, and excluding family members (immediate family or living at the same address) of persons belonging to the above excluded categories.
3.3 The Website Operator may at any time exclude anyone from participation in the Contest as a result of a breach of any of the conditions for participation, breach of Rules, or in the event of abuse, deception or malicious participation in the Contest, any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Rules.
3.4 By default, every Model can participate in any period of the Contest. However, any Model may indicate that they prefer not to take part in the Contest by contacting the Website Operator or, in case they win a prize, refuse it.
ARTICLE 4 – WINNERS SELECTION
4.1 The winners of the Contest will be those who, among the participants, have ranked the highest in terms of points earned by engaging with fans (including but not limited to ‘Private Show, ‘Video Calls, ‘Free Chat’, ‘VIP Shows’, messages) in full compliance with the Rules.
4.2 The winners will be selected by ranking order.
4.3 Any prize is added to the payout of the Model. Once these amounts have been included in the payout system, the total will be paid out to the Model using the identical payout method selected by the Performer.
4.4 In the event of refusal of the prize or non-award thereof to the winner for other reasons, the prize will return to the Website Operator, who may, at its discretion, award it to a new winner or decide not to award it, without the previous winner being able to exercise any rights.
4.5 Anyone required to confirm their data confirms that the data transmitted is correct, up-to-date and complete.
4.6 The Website Operator’s decisions concerning the determination of the winners are final and without appeal.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
5.1 Each winner from the Contest will earn prize money based on their ranking order, as follows:

5.2 The prizes will be awarded once as a bonus after the end of the Contest and any prize money shall be added to each winner’s personal account via the Website.
5.3 These prizes are personal, indivisible, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded without any modification.
ARTICLE 6 – CHANGES TO THE CONTEST
6.1 The Website Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Contest, to suspend, shorten, extend, postpone, or terminate the Contest at any time, without notice, without giving reasons and without compensation to the participants or third parties.
6.2 In the event that the Website Operator or one of its partners is forced to prematurely terminate, make changes to extend or terminate the Contest because of the inappropriate behavior of one of the participants, the Website Operator reserves the right to request compensation for the damage suffered accordingly.
ARTICLE 7 – RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Without prejudice to cases of gross or willful misconduct, neither the Website Operator, nor its staff, nor any third party involved in the Contest shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind that may occur during the Contest, or in connection with the participation in the Contest or as a result of the organisation of the Contest, the designation of winners or the award (or non-award) of prizes, regardless of their source, cause or consequences, even when the Website Operator is informed of the risks of such damage.
7.2 Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and express acceptance of these Rules. The Website Operator shall not be held liable in any way for the organisation of the Contest. The prizes and the relevant rights for the winners are strictly subject to the conditions of application of these Rules. No recourse of any kind is therefore possible against the Website Operator.
7.3 The Website Operator shall not be liable in the Contest of loss or theft of the prize, or fraudulent conduct by a third party in connection with the Contest. More specifically, the Website Operator shall in no way be liable for any out-of-stock products, services or prizes in store, for the sending, for the delivery and receipt deadlines or for the loss of prizes, insofar as their distribution is tasked to a third company to the exclusion of any intervention by the Website Operator.
ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA
8.1 The Website Operator processes the personal data transmitted as part of the Contest in accordance with the applicable rules and the privacy policy (https://www.livejasmin.com/en/privacy-policy).
ARTICLE 9 – ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION OF THE RULES
9.1 Participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance of the Rules by the participants, including any subsequent amendments, and no challenge thereto will be taken into consideration.
9.2 Any complaint relating to the Contest shall be sent in writing within seven (7) working days following the end of the Contest to the Website Operator’s registered office. Under no circumstances may complaints be handled orally or by telephone. Complaints made after the deadline, not made in writing, or for which the author cannot be identified by name will not be processed.
9.3 These Rules may be consulted at any time on the Wiki Page or upon request sent to the following email address: help@livejasmin.com.
9.4 The Contest is under the supervision of the Website Operator. In the event of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or complaints, the Website Operator may take any necessary measures to ensure the smooth running of the Contest. Its decisions shall be final and cannot be challenged.
9.5 The participants undertake to fully comply with applicable law and to avoid any cheating in the context of this Contest or circumventing the Rules. In case of tampering, fraud or similar irregularities, the Website Operator is authorized to disqualify, suspend or ban a Model from the Contest and/or the Website or take any other measure that the Website Operator finds appropriate.
ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 The participants undertake, in the Contest of any discussion concerning the application or interpretation of the Rules, to seek first an amicable solution with the Website Operator before commencing any legal proceedings.
10.2 If any provision of the Rules is found to be null or void, the remaining provisions of the Rules shall remain in full force and effect. Any such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision shall, to the extent permitted by law, be deemed replaced by such valid, effective and enforceable provision as comes closest to the economic intent and purpose of such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision.
10.3 The Rules, as well as the conduct of the Contest itself, are subject to Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
