Registration

Answer: Visit https://modelcenter.livejasmin.com and click on the “Join Us” button.
Question: What are the age and identification requirements to create an account on LiveJasmin?
Answer: You must be over 18 years old (or over 21 in some countries) and possess a legal, government-issued ID.
Question: What information is needed to create a LiveJasmin account?
Answer: A valid email address and a chosen password are required to create an account.
Question: What should you do after providing your email and password during registration?
Answer: Read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions” to proceed with account creation.
To start your registration on LiveJasmin, please visit https://modelcenter.livejasmin.com and click on the “Join Us” button.
To create your own account, it is necessary to be over 18 (or over 21 in some countries), and to have a legal, government issued ID. After clicking the “Join us!” button, you can start to create your account.
Please add your valid e-mail address and choose a password. Remember to not share this password with anyone, not even the Support Team. After you read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions” you may create your own account.

Answer: You must read and accept the Service Agreement.

Email Confirmation
Question: How do you confirm your email address during the LiveJasmin registration process?
Answer: Click on the confirmation link sent to the provided email address.
Question: What steps can you take if you did not receive the email confirmation link?
Answer: You can resend the confirmation link by clicking on “Resend email confirmation” or change the email address by clicking on “change the email address.”
Question: How long is the email confirmation link valid, and what happens if you don’t confirm within that time?
Answer: The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. If not confirmed within this period, you’ll need to resend the confirmation link. If the account isn’t confirmed within 30 days, it will be deleted automatically.
You should confirm your email address by clicking on the confirmation link, which has been sent to the email address you have provided.
If you did not receive a link, you may resend it by clicking on ”Resend email confirmation”.
If you provided invalid email address, you can change it by clicking on ”change the email address”. Once you provide valid email address, you will receive the confirmation link.
Please note that confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not confirm your email address within this period of time, you will need to resend confirmation link again.
If the account is not confirmed within 30 days, it will be deleted automatically.
Account type
Question: What are the differences between Single and Studio accounts on LiveJasmin?
Answer: Single accounts are for independent models and can later be transformed into Studio accounts by adding new models. Studio accounts are designed for managing two or more model accounts, with all earnings paid out to the Studio.
Question: Which account type should you select if you plan to recruit multiple models under your account?
Answer: You should select a Studio account.
As a first step, you can now choose between a Single or Studio/Couple account:
Single accounts are better suited for independent Models. Later, you can transform your Single account to a Studio, by adding new Models via the ‘Add new Model‘ button.
Studio accounts are for two or more Model accounts under the Studio. You can also create your couple account by opening an studio account first and then you can select the couple category. Since it is easier to handle many accounts here, we advise to choose this option if you would like to recruit more Models under your account. All earnings from Models under the same Studio are paid out to the Studio.
In case you wish to create an account only for yourself, you should select ‘Single account’.

Personal data
Question: What personal information is required during the LiveJasmin registration process?
Answer: You need to provide your full legal name, date of birth, gender, country, nationality, and ethnicity.
Identification
Question: What identification details must be provided to continue the registration on LiveJasmin?
Answer: You must provide your legal ID number, the expiration date of the ID, and select the appropriate type of ID.
Registration pictures
Question: What images are required for verification during the LiveJasmin registration process?
Answer: Clear images of the front and back of your ID, and a photo of yourself holding your ID card with the front page facing the camera.
Question: What are the requirements for the uploaded ID images?
Answer: The images should be clear, with a maximum file size of 15MB, in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or BMP format, and a minimum resolution of 500 x 500 pixels.
Question: What should you do after uploading the required images during registration?
Answer: Confirm that the information provided is valid and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the checkbox above the Finish button.
Question: What is the consequence of attempting to register with falsified IDs on LiveJasmin?
Answer: Your account will be closed, and you will not be allowed to have new accounts on the site.
Some pictures must be uploaded in order to make sure that you are the true owner of the ID.
- We only accept quality, clear images for security reasons.
- In case you scan your ID, make sure the scanner is set to minimum 400DPI resolution.
- In case you decide to take a photo, set the camera to Macro, turn the flash off, zoom out, and make sure the ID is in a bright environment.
In case you try to register with falsified IDs, your account will be closed and you will not be allowed to have new accounts on our site.
Account Status
Question: How can you track the progress of your account approval on LiveJasmin?
Answer: You can check your account status in the Model Center under the “Account Status” section.
Question: What does the “Pending” status mean?
Answer: The “Pending” status means that the Support Team is currently reviewing your account details and verification documents.
Question: How long does it usually take for the Support Team to review your registration?
Answer: It typically takes between 1-3 hours for the Support Team to complete the review process.
Question: What should you do if your account remains in “Pending” status for longer than expected?
Answer: If your account remains in “Pending” status for more than 3 hours, you can contact LiveJasmin’s support team for assistance.
Question: What does the “Rejected” status indicate?
Answer: A “Rejected” status means that the Support Team has reviewed your registration and did not approve it due to missing, incorrect, or invalid information.
Question: What should you do if your account registration is rejected?
Answer: If your account is rejected, review the provided rejection reason, correct any mistakes, and resubmit your registration following the required guidelines.
Question: Can you appeal or resubmit your application after rejection?
Answer: Yes, you can reapply after a rejection by ensuring that your uploaded documents meet the verification requirements.
Question: What does the “Active” status mean?
Answer: An “Active” status means your account has been fully verified and approved, and you are now able to start streaming and earning on LiveJasmin.
Question: What does the “Closed” status mean?
Answer: A “Closed” status means that your account has been permanently deactivated and cannot be reopened.
Question: Can you reopen an account that has been closed?
Answer: No, once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. You will need to create a new account if you wish to continue on LiveJasmin.
Question: Can a studio owner track the account status of models under their studio?
Answer: Yes, studio owners can check the account status of models under their studio by navigating to the Models tab in the Studio Center.
Question: What are some common reasons why an account might be rejected?
Answer: Accounts may be rejected due to unclear ID photos, invalid or expired identification documents, mismatched personal details, duplicate accounts, or failure to meet platform guidelines.
Question: If an account is approved but later becomes inactive, what could be the reason?
Answer: An account may become inactive if it violates platform policies, fails to meet minimum activity requirements, or if requested by the model for deactivation.
Question: What should you do if you experience issues with account approval or status updates?
Answer: If you have any issues with account approval or status changes, you should contact LiveJasmin’s support team for further assistance.
Congratulations! You can now login to your Studio account.
As the last step you should accept the Service Agreement.
Once you are finished with the procedure, your personal data and uploaded pictures will be reviewed by our Support Team. You can track the progress of your account by checking your Account Status.
If your account is Pending, your data is being reviewed. It usually takes between 1-3 hours to review your registration.
Your account may be Rejected for a variety of reasons. Some of the most common ones include:
- Failing to upload registration pictures of adequate quality.
- The owner of the ID card cannot be recognized in the Face+ID picture.
- Previous violations of rules.
If your account is Active, your data is approved and you are ready to go online!
