See your active and expired subscribers in Model Center > Statistics > Fan Club Members.
- Talk to fans whose subscription is ending and ask them to renew
- Pay extra attention when a Gold or Diamond member joins your room—they’re your VIPs!

To disable Fan Club, contact Support.
Active subscriptions will stay until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your Fan Club section will be hidden from your profile.
