Member Points
Members earn points and move up through the ranks by spending credits on the website. Every time they take you to Private, send a Surprise or Message, take a Snapshot, or do anything that costs credits, they will earn points.
The more points a member collects, the higher their rank, so a high-ranking member will have spent loads of credits and is usually open to spending more.
Different Ranks
Remember to focus on members with a high rank, as they will be more open to requesting Private Chats, sending Surprises, or using any of our paid features.
This does not mean that you should only focus on them, but if a high-ranking member enters your room, you should immediately acknowledge them.
Not all members will want to show their rank to other members, so be careful with saying their rank in Free Chats. Also, pay attention to members who don’t display their mask, because there could be a Casanova hiding behind a hidden mask!

Members must remain active to maintain their rank. This is how we motivate them to continue spending on the website.
If you notice a member has dropped a rank, you could mention it, and the member might be motivated to quickly get their rank back by spending credits on you!
