JasminCam closes during private when the user turn on his camera, what can I do?
If the software closes frequently, make sure you have a stable connection, and also try to reinstall JasminCam. If the problem still occurs, contact our Technical Support.
It is also possible that the issue is on the Member’s side, therefore it is recommended for them to contact Member support too.

Will I be sanctioned if I am using VPN?
We do not penalize models for using VPN, however VPN can affect the streaming quality in a bad way which can lead to bad video rating.
How can I activate my account which is suspended due to low, bad camera quality streaming?
If your account is suspended due bad camera and video quality, please contact our Technical support to solve your case.
