If you want to close your Model or Studio account, follow the steps below carefully. For security reasons, we can only process requests that meet all listed conditions.
👤 Closing Your Model Account
Send an email to help@livejasmin.com from one of your registered email addresses and include:
- A brand new photo of your ID. Previously submitted photos will not be accepted.
- A brand new photo of you holding the same ID next to your face.
- The exact name of the account you want to close.
🔒 All three items are required. Without them, your request cannot be processed.
🧑💼 Closing a Model Account as a Studio Owner
If you’re a Studio owner and want to close a model account under your Studio:
- Email help@livejasmin.com from your registered Studio email address.
- Attach a new photo of your ID.
- Include a new photo of you holding your ID next to your face.
- List the name(s) of the model account(s) you want to close.
We will contact you once your request has been reviewed.
🏢 Closing a Studio Account
To close your entire Studio account:
- Email help@livejasmin.com from your Studio’s registered email.
- Attach a new copy of your ID.
- Include a new photo of you holding the ID next to your face.
💬 You may include feedback about your experience. This is optional but helps us improve.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Do not send a photo/scan that was used during the registration.
- If your ID is no longer valid, you may use another official document (passport, driver’s license, new ID).
- Requests will only be accepted from a registered email address.
- If you don’t have access to that email, contact us via Online Support Chat.
