Account closure as a Model
Question: How can a model request account closure on LiveJasmin?
Answer: A model can request account closure by emailing help@livejasmin.com from one of their registered email addresses and including a brand new copy of their ID, a brand new picture of themselves holding their ID next to their face, and the name of the accounts they wish to close.
Question: Why is it necessary to provide a brand new copy of the ID and a new picture when requesting account closure?
Answer: For security reasons, LiveJasmin requires a brand new copy of the ID and a new picture to ensure the authenticity of the request and to prevent unauthorized account closures.
In order to have your account closed, please contact us (help@livejasmin.com) from one of your registered e-mail addresses and include the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face
- The name of the accounts that you wish to close.
Model account closure as a Studio owner
Question: What should a studio owner do to close a model’s account within their studio?
Answer: A studio owner should email help@livejasmin.com from the studio’s registered email address and attach a brand new copy of their ID, a brand new picture of themselves holding their ID next to their face, and the names of the accounts they wish to close.
Question: Will the studio owner be notified once the model account closure request is processed?
Answer: Yes, LiveJasmin will contact the studio owner once the request has been handled.
In case you wish to close any Model account within your Studio account, please contact us (help@livejasmin.com) from the Studio’s email address and attach the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).

- The name(s) of the accounts that you wish to close.

- Please make sure not to send the same pictures that were used during ANY registration.
- In case the registered ID is not valid anymore you can send another valid identification document issued by your government, such as passport, driving license, newly issued ID card, etc.
