Can I show the inserted toys?

The toys in use are not allowed to be seen in Free chat or pre VIP show. Make sure that even if the interactive toy is inserted, your genitals are not visible. If you have sex machine, the dildo should not be close to the genitals, only use it during VIP or Private show.

Want to make your shows more exciting and profitable? The Interactive Toy feature allows Members to control your toy in real time for an extra fee — creating a more exciting, personal, and profitable experience during your streams.

Want to build a deeper connection? Members can send you an Interactive Toy as a real gift — directly from your profile via the “Send a real gift!” option.

The Interactive Toy works in all chat types—including Free Chat, Pre-VIP, VIP, Private Shows, and even Video Calls. Just remember: explicit actions are only allowed in VIP, Private, and Video Call.

🔌 Before you connect

  • Fully charge the toy
  • Do NOT connect it to the manufacturer’s app (e.g. Lovense, FeelConnect)
  • If you use a desktop PC or Mac, make sure it has Bluetooth 4.0 or higher—either built-in or with a compatible bluetooth dongle.

🧩 How to connect (JasminCam or Mobile)

  1. Open JasminCam or the mobile application

  2. Open the Interactive Toy menu and enable the feature
  3. The system will search for nearby toys
  4. Select your toy from the list
  5. You’re ready to start!

You can connect multiple toys at the same time and manage them from the device list.
When using multiple toys, you can set one as primary, this is the device Members see by default when they enter your room.

🎚️ Customize your toy experience

You can adjust the vibration intensity of your connected toy to match your comfort and preferences, making your live experience more enjoyable.

If your toy has multiple functions (like vibration, rotation or thrust etc.), you can also choose which function should be activated when Members interact. For example, you can set it to rotate instead of vibrate, or the other way around.

🧠 Technical notes 🔄 How to Pair Your Interactive Toy

📱 On Mobile (iOS / Android) – with mobile app

  1. Download and open our mobile app on your smartphone.

  2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON.
  3. Turn on your toy and enter Pairing Mode:

    • Lovense: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (red) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.

    • Kiiroo: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (blue) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.

  1. The app will search for compatible toys and list them, once you enable the feature. Select the toy you’d like to connect from the list.

  2. Once connected, you’re ready to go live and use the toy during your stream.

🔔  If the toy disconnects, re-open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect or navigate back to the ‘Pair Device’ settings.

💻 On Desktop (Windows / macOS) – with JasminCam

  1. Turn on your computer’s Bluetooth or plug in a Bluetooth Low Energy dongle.

  2. Power on your toy and enter Pairing Mode:

    • Lovense: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (red) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.

    • Kiiroo: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (blue) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.

  1. Open JasminCam and toggle Interactive Toy ON in the settings.

  2. JasminCam will automatically search for nearby devices and connect upon selecting the appropriate toys.

⚠️ If disconnected the toy icon turns grey or red, click the icon to start a new search.

🔔 A Bluetooth Low Energy dongle is the most reliable option for connecting all types of Interactive Toys—especially if you want a stable, hassle-free experience.

🧪 If you can’t connect

BLE Dongle Setup (Windows)

  1. Open Device Manager

  2. Find Bluetooth adapter > Properties > Advanced
  3. Look for LMP version (must be 6 or higher = Bluetooth 4.0+)

General checks

  • Unpair the toy from manufacturer’s app (e.g. Lovense, FeelConnect)

  • Don’t use USB hubs or extenders
  • Plug the dongle into a different USB port
  • Restart JasminCam and try again

Remove & Re-pair

  • Unpair the toy in Windows settings

  • Unpair from other computers or devices
  • Plug in again and re-initiate pairing

1. Overview

The “Hide My Face” option lets models hide their faces in their profile pictures and during performances by using accepted methods. This feature enables performers to connect with their audience while maintaining their privacy, which is important for those who want to protect their identities.

Additionally, this option may make the experience more exciting for members by adding an element of mystery to these models, making them even more intriguing.

How should the recurring feedback video be recorded for couples?

Couples should record the recurring feedback video one by one, not together.

Before going online, which type of video is mandatory to upload?

It is mandatory to upload a recurring model feedback – survey video to be able to go online.

Where we need to upload the (recurring feedback) video survey?

You can upload the video survey in your Jasmincam5 or mobile application.

At LiveJasmin, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. To maintain the security and legitimacy of all model accounts, we’ve introduced a new feedback system. We are legally obliged to do so to ensure our models’ safety and protection.

Please note, uploading a survey video is a mandatory requirement before going online. We value your honest feedback, so please answer truthfully; expressing only positive things is not necessary.

To make the process as easy as possible, we have defined 3 statements addressing the security and welfare of models.  

We ask that you read them carefully and if you agree with each statement, please repeat them in your video submission. However, if you do not agree with one or more of these statements, we ask you to clearly state your disagreement and indicate the reasons in your video. You will find the statements at the bottom of this page. 

We want to assure you that your video feedback will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone, including your studio if you are affiliated with one. 

The uploaded survey should contain the following:

  1. Say your full legal name.
  2. Make the following statements if you agree to them:
    1. „I willingly chose to work on LiveJasmin.”
    2. „No one forces me to do anything, I control my own work.”
    3. „I am fairly compensated for my work.”

You can record your video statement in your own language – the most comfortable way for you. To make it even easier, you have the option to change the application language, so the text of the statements will appear in that language. 

The supported languages are English, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, and Hungarian.

Please answer in full honesty, and if any of these statements are not true, please explain why. Your answers will be treated confidentially. Our goal is to help and support all our Models.
