The LiveJasmin Protection program helps protect your earnings from unexpected technical or banking issues that are outside your control.
Once you qualify, you gain protection permanently, unless you violate the platform’s major rules.
🏆 How to Get Protection
- Earn $300 or more in two periods in a row to activate your Protection.
- Protection is linked to each account. If you use more than one account, each must qualify on its own.
- After the second period ends, it might take a few days for Protection to appear on your account.
- Protection does not cover:
- Refunds,
- Private complaints,
- Fines or penalties for breaking the rules.
🔒 How to Stay Protected?
Once you earn Protection, it does not expire — even if you take a long break or don’t go online for a while.
However, committing a major violation (such as sharing personal information, prohibited content, underage violations) will suspend your Protection on all accounts.
If your Protection is suspended:
- You can ask to get your Protection back by contacting us through email or Online Support Chat.
- Cases are evaluated individually. If approved, your status will be updated to In Probation.
If you commit a second major violation:
- You will be permanently disqualified from the Protection program on all accounts.
⚠️ Important Limitations
- LiveJasmin Protection does not cover Surprise chargebacks from fraudulent purchases.
- Protection only applies to unexpected technical and banking errors, not user-driven issues.
