How to Report a case

  1. Visit HelloJasmin.com and select your preferred language (English, Spanish, Romanian, Russian). 
  2. Select your case types from the list. You may select as many as needed.

    Assault, Blackmail, Bullying/Hazing, Member Issue, Emotional Abuse, Financial Issue, Harassment, Legal Issue, Management Issue, Medical/Health Issue, Physical Abuse, Platform Issue, Psychological Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Doxxing/Capping, Threats, Training Issue, Working Conditions, Other  

  3. Upload evidence (optional).
    Please upload any relevant evidence you may have (e.g. photos). 

  1. Explain the issue. 
    Suggested info: date, relevant account(s), persons involved, links, etc. 

  1. Name and Email (Optional). 
    Incident reports are confidential. If you want to discuss your case, please include your name and email. You may remain anonymous. All cases will be investigated.

Guidelines

Acceptable

  • Low cleavage and miniskirts are allowed.
  • See through tops where the bra is visible are also acceptable.
  • Bodies, shorts, crop-tops are allowed.
  • Bikini and lingerie are okay if the nipple area and intimate parts are not visible.
  • Male Performers can be half-naked.
  • Sexually provocative poses are allowed (laying down or sitting with legs spread wide open, touching breasts or buttocks).
  • Focus on a particular body part, like breasts, buttocks.

Not acceptable

  • Bare breast/visible nipples and genitals can NOT appear.
  • Full nudity not allowed.
  • Sex toys cannot appear or be in use (no imitation of oral sex or masturbation).
  • No pubic hair.
  • Models can not touch genitals.
  • Submissive poses, being tied up, in cuffs, gagged etc.
  • Notes may not contain sexual material. 
  • Prohibited content.

How can I type in Free chat while I am live from mobile?

When you are streaming from mobile, there is no typing option in Free chat, only in Admin chat. Talking to your members can make the connection even more personal and enjoyable.

Is there a music player in the mobile app?

No, music player is not available if you are streaming from mobile. The feature is only available in JasminCam yet.

I have problems with the mobile app. What can I do?

If you experience streaming, video call..etc. issues with the mobile app, make sure that your account is active, have accepted profile photo, display name, video call teaser, the connection is strong, your device has the latest version and you may try to restart your mobile too.
If the basic troubleshooting does not help, please contact our support, but do not delete the app from your mobile device before that.

How can I see the names of the members in my room if I am live from mobile?

When you are online from mobile, the nicknames of the members are popping up on the bottom of your feed.
