If the Video call teaser is accepted, check the mobile app under Messages if you can turn on the toggle for Video Calls. If it is not working, try refresh or reinstall the application but if the basic troubleshooting does not help, feel free to contact Support.

## What is the Video Call Teasers feature?

Video Call Teasers are short videos that appear on your profile when you’re offline. They help you attract attention and boost your chances of getting Video Calls.

**You need at least one approved Video Call Teaser to activate the Video Call feature.**

## How it works?

Upload and manage your Video Call Teasers under Promotion Tools → Video Call Teasers page.

After uploading the video, it will be handled by our Support Team. We review all content and share expert tips to help make your videos even more engaging and successful. You can check the feedback by hovering over the warning icon located on the thumbnail of the video.

There are four video classifications based on their conversion rates: Excellent, Good, Average and Low.

The video will receive a conversion after 100 impressions. Until the data is collected the video will have a ‘’Waiting for Data’’ status.

**Be natural, friendly, and confident.** Look into the camera and talk like you’re speaking directly to the viewer. Let your personality come through — people respond best when they feel a real connection.

**Essentials**:

- Make sure that you **activated the Video Calls feature** in the mobile application
- Record in a clean, quiet space with good lighting
- Speak clearly, avoid background noise
- Keep the video unedited – one smooth, continuous take
- Make sure your message is easy to understand

**Why Speaking Matters**

- Videos **where you speak directly to the viewer perform best**. A spoken message builds trust and feels more personal.
- **Always add subtitles** so your message is clear even with the sound off.

**Not Speaking?**

- That’s okay – but always include **bold, readable text** to share your message.

**Content**

- Subtitles or text are required
- No penetration (fingers, toys, etc.)
- Nudity and non-penetrative toy play allowed
- Must be continuous, uncut footage

**Technical**

- Length: 18–20 seconds
- Format: full portrait or vertical (9:16)
- Min resolution: 720×1280 (Full HD recommended)
- Frame rate: 30 FPS
- Max file size: 2 GB
- Accepted formats: AVI, MPEG, MPG, MOV, MP4, MKV
- Audio optional but recommended
