## 📹 Minimum camera requirements

- **Resolution**: 1920×1080 (Full HD)
- **Frame Rate**: Minimum 30 FPS
- **Aspect Ratio**: 16:9
- **Connection**: USB preferred (plug and play)

For optimal results, combine a recommended camera with proper lighting and the JasminCam software.

## 🛠️ Setup & configuration

#### LogiTune Software (for Logitech Cameras)

- Allows manual adjustment of image quality.
- Recommended for Logitech devices (Windows/macOS).

| Manual Focus | Set to 0 unless needed |
| Auto Exposure | Off |
| Exposure | Adjust carefully for lighting balance |
| Gain | Use to brighten image if needed |
| Auto White Balance | Off |
| White Balance | Match room lighting (lower = blue, higher = yellow) |
| Anti-flicker | Enable under artificial light |
| Brightness & Contrast | Fine-tune for a natural look |
| Saturation | Avoid increasing if the image has strong reds |
| Sharpness | Avoid increasing excessively — may cause grain |
| Filters | Not recommended |

#### OBSBOT & Insta360 LINK Software

- Adjust settings manually when lighting conditions are not ideal.
- Apply the **180-degree shutter rule**:  
  
  - Shutter speed = 1 ÷ (2 × frame rate).
  - Example: For 30 FPS, use 1/60 shutter speed.

If lighting is balanced, leave settings on **Auto**.
