### How can I close my Studio account?

If you have access to your registered email address, log in to your Studio account, go to Settings (top right corner) / Account deletion and click on ‘Visit Privacy Portal’ where you can choose to delete the entire studio or a model account under your studio.

### How can I close my Model account?

If you have access to your registered email address, please log in to your Model Center, go to Settings (top right corner) / Account deletion and click on ‘Visit Privacy Portal’ button where you can manage all accounts linked to your email.

### When will I be able to register again after I deleted my account?

You may open a new account whenever you would like, but using a new email address is recommended.

### How can I delete my model account if it is under a studio and I have no access to it anymore?

If you would like to delete your model account which is under a studio but you do not have access to it, please contact us via email on privacy@livejasmin.com

## 🧹 How to Close and Delete Your Model or Studio Account

Deleting your account is **permanent** and cannot be undone.

Some of your data must stay stored (see our [Privacy Policy](https://modelcenter.livejasmin.com/en/privacy-policy)), but your account and profile will be fully removed.

## 👤 If You Have Access to the Registered Email Address

### 🎭 **Performers**

1. **Log in** to your account.
2. Go to **Settings** → **Account Deletion**.
3. Visit our Privacy Portal to manage all accounts linked to your email.
4. Follow the instructions provided.
5. Confirm your deletion request via the **confirmation email** sent to you.

### 🏢 **Studios**

1. **Log in** to your studio account.
2. Go to **Settings** → **Account Deletion**.
3. Visit our Privacy Portal to manage:
  - Your studio account
  - Performer accounts under your control
4. Follow the instructions provided.
5. Confirm your deletion request via the **confirmation email** sent to you.

## 🚫 If You Do NOT Have Access to the Registered Email Address

Send an email to **[privacy@livejasmin.com]()** and state that you want to delete your account.

⚠️ To verify your identity, you **must** attach:

- - A **NEW photo of the FRONT of your valid ID** (not the one you used at registration)
  - A **NEW photo of the BACK of your valid ID** (not the one you used at registration)
  - A **NEW Face+ID photo** (holding the ID and showing your face)

👉 Important:

- - Do not send the old registration photo/scan.
  - If your ID expired, you can use another valid official document (passport, driver’s license, or new ID).
  - If you don’t send these documents, our team will contact you and ask for them via a secure form.
